Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking a Server for Osteria Sierra, delivering thoughtful, knowledgeable, and intuitive service in a signature Italian-inspired restaurant. You will present menus, take orders, ensure timely delivery, and offer wine pairings to guests in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Formación

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous serving experience required; fine dining or upscale casual preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or service items up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provide welcoming and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery.
