Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Server Assistant for Osteria Sierra to help deliver a seamless dining experience. You will assist servers, clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining area, and respond to guest requests with a focus on hospitality.

Ideal candidates have experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Weekend shifts and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must possess or obtain a valid Washoe County Food Handler Card.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
