Job summary

CBH Care in Hackensack, New Jersey, is hiring for a Full-Time role to develop service plans with families and provide a broad range of clinical and concrete services. The position involves facilitating family consultations and groups, engaging families with community services, and functioning as a proactive team member.

Applicants should have a BSW in social work or BA/BS in psychology, two years of mental health experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops service plans with families in addition to providing a wide scope of clinical and concrete services
• Facilitates single family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services
• Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating all consumer related information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers
• Must adhere to the program’s standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Operates the organization’s vehicles in a safe and professional manner
