Job summary

CBH Care is seeking a dedicated professional to develop service plans for families and deliver a broad range of clinical and practical services. You will facilitate family consultations, lead groups, and engage families in community programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a background in social work or psychology, plus two years in mental health, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in mental health and human services.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops service plans with families and provides a wide scope of clinical and concrete services.
• Facilitates single family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services.
• Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating consumer information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers.
• Must adhere to the program’s standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Operates the organization’s vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
