Job summary

CBH Care in Hackensack, NJ seeks a full-time professional to provide IMR and crisis intervention services, help with daily living tasks, and implement treatment plans and IRPs. The role requires independence and travel to consumers' homes, with medication monitoring and thorough documentation.
