Job summary

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in South Park, Charlotte, NC, to hire a Full-Time Family Assistant for two children, aged 6 and 3. The role runs Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–5:00 pm, with flexibility for extra hours and occasional Saturday evenings.

The ideal candidate is kind, patient, and confident, enjoys active daily routines, and helps with school pick-ups, snacks, playtime, baths, and getting ready for the next day.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nanny/household experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Care for two children (ages 6 and 3) in a family setting.
• Pickup school drop-offs at 2:50 PM for the 6-year-old and after for the 3-year-old.
• Prepare snacks, supervise playtime, assist with baths.
• Help with children's laundry, meals, and errands.
• Keep kids engaged with activities and routines.
