Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Mooresville, NC, to find a Full-Time Nanny for two children, a 3-year-old and a 16-month-old, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm hours.

Care includes preschool drop-offs, developmentally appropriate activities, light housekeeping related to children, and safety-conscious supervision. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean background, with a focus on structured daily plans.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nanny experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional resume and online application.
• Pass a pre-screening interview and a national background check.
• Valid driver’s license and safe transportation.
• Live within a drivable distance of Mooresville, NC.
• Minimum of three professional references; non-smoking.
• CPR and First Aid certification; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily scheduling needs: feeding, changing, napping.
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities inside and outside.
• Lead hands-on learning and play; support potty training when ready.
