Job summary

Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency in Charlotte's South Park area is seeking a full-time nanny for two children, ages 5 and 2. The role runs Monday 7:15 am–4:15 pm and Tue–Fri 7:15 am–4:00 pm (44 hours weekly).

Daily routines include morning prep, school drop-off/pick-up, play and learning activities, and light household duties. The nanny should be organized, punctual, reliable, warm, and engaging, with CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience.
• Have a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Have a professional resume.
• Fill out a complete online application.
• Pass a pre-screening interview with Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency.
• Pass a national background check, including a driving record check.
• Have a valid driver's license and safe, reliable transportation.
• Have a minimum of three professional references.
• Be non-smoking/vaping.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
• Nanny should be fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Have fun with the children and help them continue their love of play and learning.
• Get the 2-year-old ready for school each morning.
• Preschool drop-off and pick-up.
• School pick-up for the 5-year-old two days a week, with occasional drop-off when parents are unavailable.
• Maintain the afternoon nap/quiet time and snack schedule.
• Engage the children in play, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor time.
• Unloading the dishwasher once daily and basic light household tasks while both kids are at school.
• Tidy, clean, and organize toys; manage kitchen and common areas.
