Job summary

Hayden Grove Bloomington in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping facilities well‑maintained and safe for residents and staff.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (40 hours/week). Benefits include 401(k), DailyPay, paid vacation and sick time, and free chef‑prepared meals per shift. Experience in property maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of properties.
• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work with electronic records system.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
