Hayden Grove Bloomington is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping our properties in top condition. You will perform routine repairs, help manage work orders, and help maintain a safe environment for residents, guests, and team members.

The role features standard hours, a 40-hour week, and benefits including a 401(k), DailyPay, paid vacation and sick time, and chef-prepared meals per shift. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
