Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to support a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. The role requires dependable on-site presence and the ability to deliver high cleaning standards daily.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am–2:30pm. Pay: $16–$18 per hour. Benefits include STD/LTD, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401K. Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest room restrooms; dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
