Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial experience is a plus.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in guest rooms; dust and clean surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty trash and replace liners; place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass where applicable.
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Support laundry facility function.
• Participate in periodic special facility projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
