Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas and restrooms.

• Dust and clean hard surfaces; vacuum, sweep, mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets and empty trash; replace liners.
• Restock supplies and support daily cleaning tasks.
• Operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively.

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIMEFACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for acustomer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday (6:0am - 2:30pm)

Pay

$16-$18 per hour (LUNCH PROVIDED)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Common Areas
  • Clean and sanitize common area restrooms
• Guest Rooms
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Dust and clean hard surfaces
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
  • Clean and vacuum carpets
  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
  • Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
