Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician for a customer in the Greater Cincinnati/Hyde Park area. Ideal candidate is dependable, on-site daily, and able to provide cleaning services to a high standard with a skilled team.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (6:00am - 2:30pm). Pay: $16-$18 per hour (lunch provided). Benefits include STD/LTD, PTO, paid holidays, and 401K. TDG Facilities is an equal opportunity employer based in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, dust and clean surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, empty trash.
• Wipe doors and glass where applicable.
• Work with site-based personnel to complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely.
• Participate in periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies and handle other tasks as assigned.

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIMEFACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for acustomer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Common Areas
  • Clean and sanitize common area restrooms
• Guest Rooms
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Dust and clean hard surfaces
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
  • Clean and vacuum carpets
  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
  • Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
