Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a part-time Facilities Cleaning Technician for an educational customer in the Greater Cincinnati / College Hill area. Ideal candidate will be dependable, onsite daily, and capable of providing cleaning services to a high standard with a skilled team.

Shifts are 4 hours, 4pm-8pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $16–$17.50 per hour. TDG Facilities is a full-service facilities management company with years of experience and a commitment to growing talent.

Qualifications

• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
