We offer full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, and 12-hour shifts to fit your life while ensuring steady client assignments and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving or direct care experience preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and bedrock for safety.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and household organization.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes to the care team; follow care plans and protocols.

Schedule Include:

• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Different shifts are available (AM, PM, Night shift)
• You should always ready for on Call
• We need someone who has a lot shifts availability and flexibility in terms of location
• Must able to work in the westside, eastside, and southwest part of cleveland.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following client care plans
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
