Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking an Education & Engagement Specialist to support team member training, onboarding, recognition, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This hands-on role focuses on bringing programs to life, facilitating learning experiences, coordinating activities, and supporting a positive team member experience.

You will coordinate New Employee Orientation, support leadership development, manage training records across HR platforms, and help recognize and engage team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Education, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, training, employee engagement, program coordination, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning management systems; ability to navigate multiple HR tech platforms.
