Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking an Education & Engagement Specialist to support training, onboarding, recognition, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role is hands-on, people-focused and helps bring programs to life, facilitate learning experiences, coordinate activities, and support a positive team member experience.

You will coordinate orientation, onboarding for leaders, manage training records across HR platforms, and drive team events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, training, employee engagement, program coordination, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning management systems; ability to navigate multiple HR technology platforms.
• A passion for connecting with people, coordinating programs, and creating positive experiences.

Responsibilities
