You will provide standards-based instruction aligned to the ACOS, develop and monitor IEPs with a multidisciplinary team, and engage families through ongoing communication.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Alabama State Department of Education certificates: Elementary K-6 and Secondary 6-12 endorsements.
• Experience or strong preference for school-based roles and collaboration with teams.

• Deliver standards-based instruction aligned with the Alabama Course of Study.
• Develop and monitor IEPs with multidisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Lead IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and family communications.

• Assess progress with formal/informal evaluations and adjust strategies.
• Maintain compliant records and support school operations with colleagues.
