Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., a facility services provider, is seeking a cleaner to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves cleaning offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and exterior areas with duties including sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and surface sanitizing. You must be 18+, able to speak English, and pass a background check.

Flexible to evenings and weekends is required. Hours are 5:00pm–1:00am weekdays and 4:00pm–12:00am weekends, with occasional longer hours.

Description

Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday 5:00pm to 1:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm to 12:00am (Requires Valid Driver's License)

Location: St. Paul, MN

Requirements:

Cleaner must clean to high cleaning expectations. Cleaning includes offices, bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, exterior of buildings.Every weekend is required.Main working hours are 5:00pm-1:00am but need to be flexible to stay longer some nights. Floor machine (Carpet, Auto scrubber, iMop) knowledge a plus.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
