Marsden Services, L.L.C. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a cleaner for evening shifts. The permanent role runs Monday, Thursday, Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am, with weekend coverage as required. Compensation is $20.00/hour.

You will clean offices, bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms and exterior areas; a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required. English speaking ability is essential.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout offices and facilities.
• Remove waste and clean restrooms, break rooms, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize fixtures, furniture and common areas.
• Adapt to weekend schedule and potential longer hours when needed.

Shift:
Monday, Thursday, Friday 5:00pm to 1:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm to 12:00am

Location: St. Paul, MN

Requirements:

Cleaner must clean to high cleaning expectations. Cleaning includes offices, bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, exterior of buildings. Every weekend is required. Main working hours are 5:00pm-1:00am but need to be flexible to stay longer some nights. Floor machine (Carpet, Auto scrubber, iMop) experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
