Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a cleaner for weekend shifts. The role includes cleaning offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and exterior areas on a 5:00pm–1:00am schedule, with occasional longer hours.

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. We value punctuality, safety, and a strong work ethic. This is a permanent, on-site position with Everyday Pay options available and opportunities within a nationwide facility services

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies.
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Requirements:

Cleaner must clean to high cleaning expectations. Cleaning includes offices, bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, exterior of buildings. Every weekend is required. Main working hours are 5:00pm-1:00am but need to be flexible to stay longer some nights. Floor machine (Carpet, Auto scrubber, iMop) experience is a plus.
