Marsden Central L.L.C. in St Paul, MN is seeking a General Cleaner to join our team. Shift schedule includes evenings, with on-call weekends and potential extra hours. You may work solo or with a partner to clean facilities across the site.

The role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend and twist. A background check is required and there is a second interview stage.

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.

Shift: Monday/Wednesday/ Friday of Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm to 1:30am

Location: St Paul, MN

Requirements:

One weekend per month on call. Extra hours available.

Cleaner must be professional, friendly, coachable, able to lift 40 pounds, bend, twist and see small to tiny items, must be coachable. Floater will get a different list to drive to daily to clean. Cleaner may work on their own or be paired with another.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
