Job summary

Marsden Central is seeking a part-time floater cleaner for evenings at St. Paul, MN. The role involves driving to assigned sites or locations within a local area, performing cleaning duties, and ensuring a safe, clean working environment.

A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Shifts are Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:00pm to 1:30am with on-call weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the premises.
• Collect and dispose of trash from building bins.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Shift: Monday/Wednesday/ Friday of Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm to 1:30am

Location: St Paul, MN

Requirements:

One weekend per month on call. Extra hours available.

Cleaner must be professional, friendly, coachable, able to lift 40 pounds, bend, twist and see small to tiny items, must be coachable. Floater will get a different list to drive to daily to clean. Cleaner may work on their own or be paired with another.

• Able to lift up to 40lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
