Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking candidates for a full-time warehouse position on the Sunday–Thursday 2nd shift. The role involves selecting cases from multi-level racks, moving orders to the loading dock with an electric pallet jack, and ensuring accurate, safe handling of products. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Shifts run until daily work is completed, with end times varying by volume. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 80 pounds are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Move completed orders to loading dock staging area with electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label for shipment.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping dock staging area; shrink-wrap if required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
