People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking full-time Treatment Counselors to join our Crisis/IRTS team in Minneapolis. The role supports direct intensive residential treatment and crisis stabilization within a recovery-oriented environment.

The position offers evening rotating shifts with a 0.9 FTE commitment, a starting hourly wage of $24.20–$26.14 plus a $1000 hiring bonus for external candidates, and weekend/weekday shift differentials.

• Engage clients using person-centered principles to support recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to maintain safety.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge related to goals, treatment plans, and diagnoses.

Responsabilidades

• May work across multiple programs to cover staffing needs and travel between locations.
• Engage clients in their mental health recovery and support individual goals.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge related to goals, treatment plan, and diagnosis.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation for clients experiencing symptoms while prioritizing safety.
• Conduct assessments and treatment plans, plan-of-care reviews, and discharge plans as needed.
• Provide skill-building, teaching, and coaching related to individual needs.
• Assist with client intake and program orientation if applicable.
• Medication administration following policies and procedures, if applicable.
