Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services in Minnesota is seeking full-time Treatment Counselors to join our Crisis/IRTS team. Our programs provide direct intensive residential treatment and crisis stabilization in a recovery-focused environment.

The master schedule offers work-life balance with shorter work weeks, a predictable rotating schedule, 6 days off per pay period, and increased shift differentials for weekdays and weekends worked. Location: Saint Paul locations.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging clients in mental health recovery.
• Ability to conduct assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in their mental health recovery using person-centered principles.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge aligned with treatment plans and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed, prioritizing safety.
• Assist with intake, admissions paperwork, and program orientation.
• Support with travel between locations for staffing needs.
