High Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Representative at the Courtyard by Marriott on Scotch Road in Ewing, NJ. This full-time role requires availability to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, five shifts per week, with weekends and holidays included.

You will greet guests, answer phones, manage reservations, and help guests with arrivals and departures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to handle cash accurately.

Guest Services Representative for High Hotels Ltd. you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, assisting with arrivals and departure, operating the switchboard, and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

The Courtyard by Marriot on Scotch Road in Ewing, NJ.

This is a full-time opportunity with required availability to work 5 shifts a week from 3:00PM - 11:00PM. Days will vary. Weekend & Holiday availability are required for this role.

Weekends include a $1/hour shift premium!

Starting Rate: $17.28/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
