Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Iowa is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team for full-time evenings. You will wash and unload dishes, assist with kitchen cleanliness, and support restaurant staff to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and attention to safety standards. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; friendly attitude and reliability are essential to participate in our communal dining and resident-focused

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
