Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our senior living communities, with duties including washing dishes, unloading items, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The shift runs from 4pm to 7:30pm, and the role emphasizes teamwork and positive interaction with residents, families, and staff.

Experience in a restaurant or dishwashing setting is preferred but not required; good communication and a friendly attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
