Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, helping the culinary staff maintain a clean, organized workspace.

We value a friendly attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork. Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required; good communication with residents and colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
