Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.
• CMA certification highly preferred.
• Medical terminology course within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Admit and register patients for services professionally and courteously.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect applicable co-pays and deductibles.
• Document interactions and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Print, review, and process physician orders to ensure accuracy.
