An Engineer is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility, contributing to the hotel's guest service excellence and financial success.

What will I be doing?

As an Engineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair machinery and equipment
  • Performing repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry
  • Conducting inspections for preventive maintenance needs
  • Documenting completed repairs and reporting items needing further attention
