Job summary

VocoVision is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support two elementary schools. You will manage a caseload of about 50 students, provide evaluations, and develop targeted intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and families.

This in-person position requires active state licensure, ASHA CCC, and experience in school settings, with a focus on IEP processes, progress notes, and multidisciplinary teamwork to promote communication skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC credentials required.
• Experience in elementary school settings preferred.
• Strong background in assessment, treatment planning, and delivering therapy for communication disorders.
• Experience with IEP processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; in-person presence required

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across two elementary school sites.
• Administer evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans; maintain records per requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support academic and social participation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
• Provide strategies and resources for staff and families to foster communication growth beyond direct therapy
