Job summary

Monarch Communities at Brandywine Senior Living in Upper Providence is hiring a full-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. The role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow care plans, with shifts from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am and a pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. The Caregiver will document care in the EHR, work under supervision of the RN/LPN, and participate

Qualifications

• 1 year resident care experience required.
• CPR Certification required.
• CNA/CHHA or Direct Care Competency exam certification (PA only).
• Knowledge of elderly care; dementia experience preferred.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Adhere to schedule and document attendance accurately.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Document services in the EHR during shift.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
