Brandywine/Monarch- Brandywine at Princeton by Monarch Communities is a growing company dedicated to the emotional and physical health and well-being of their residents and team members. Opportunities for education and growth.

The Caregiver will report to Health & Wellness Director. It is a Full-Time, non-exempt, hourly position with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am on weekdays, including every other weekend. Compensation is $21.00-$22.00 per hour, with full-time benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident care per care plan including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document services provided during shift.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor immediately.
