Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver in Brandywine Senior Living facilities to support residents under the Health & Wellness Director. This is a full-time non-exempt hourly position with varied shifts (days, evenings, overnights).

The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities per care plans, including personal care, hygiene, and meal support, while maintaining safety and dignity. CNA or CHHA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide is required.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
