Oakmont of Redding is seeking a Care Provider for full-time AM/PM shifts to assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their safety and well-being. The role emphasizes compassion, dignity, and teamwork within a premier senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents inActivities of Daily Living as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor immediately of changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
