Training is provided; 18+ age and a high school diploma are required, with health and background screenings

Qualifications

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and residents' dignity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly and respectfully.
• Document and report any health or safety concerns to team leads.
• Foster teamwork across departments to support resident well-being.
