Job summary

Higley Unified School District 60 Higley Traditional Preschool in Gilbert, AZ seeks an paraeducator II for Kinder Prep. This 10-month position supports a lead teacher, assists with materials, and helps supervise children throughout the day in a structured early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Compliance with DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher and program goals.
• Prepare classroom materials and organize activities and newsletters.
• Assist students with physical needs and personal care.
• Monitor student behavior and support small-group instruction.
• Supervise students during meals, bus, and outdoor times.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and duties as assigned.
