Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of licensed care experience, and a Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR/First Aid recertification every two years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months licensed care experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Education in child development, recreation, education, or related field desirable.
• Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/First Aid recertification every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Child Educator and classroom teacher in supervising preschool students.
• Assist with daily attendance, records, scheduling, and activities in compliance with AZ licensing rules.
• Help maintain learning environments aligned with licensing standards and CLASS.
• Encourage participation, train fellow assistants, and assist in setup and cleanup.
