AAA Driving School is seeking a Full-Time Driver Training Instructor to deliver behind-the-wheel instruction and guide students through AAA’s curriculum. You will use our software to monitor progress, assess performance, and provide personalized feedback while promoting safe driving habits.

A company vehicle is provided for local travel, with all fuel and insurance covered. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a DMV Driving School Instructor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction following AAA’s curriculum and standards.
• Use the driving school software to track student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance.
• Maintain safety practices and required state documentation.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius; company vehicle, fuel, maintenance, and insurance provided.
