AAA Driving School is seeking a full-time Driver Training Instructor to empower students with safe, confident behind-the-wheel skills. You’ll deliver instruction, assess progress, and ensure compliance with state licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, which includes passing a DMV-required physical exam.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students following AAA curriculum and training standards.
• Use driving school software to track and manage student progress.
• Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius as needed; company vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance is provided.
