Shift Details

The shift will be Monday and Tuesday 8:30am-5pm, Wednesday 8:30am-6pm, Thursday 7am-5pm, and Friday 9am-2pm.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day safely.
2. Transport vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to customer dealerships, following all driving rules and safety regulations.
3. Line up and park vehicles in order, move vehicles as directed, and locate "lost" vehicles.
4. Assist with vehicle maintenance such as inflating tires, jump-starting, and notifying supervisors about inoperative vehicles.
5. Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
6. Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
7. Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime if necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to enter/exit vehicles frequently, sit for long periods, walk long distances, and perform physical activities like stooping and lifting 1-15 pounds.
• Good vision and focus abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous auction experience.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

Work Environment

Outdoor weather conditions with moderate noise levels.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay is $14.42, with potential additional compensation through commissions or incentives. Employees receive paid time off, holidays, and various leave options.
