Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Full Time Donation Attendant to join our production team. You will process and sort donations provided by the community and assist in unloading/loading trucks with pallet use training provided.

Must provide excellent customer service to donors, greet guests, and issue receipts as needed while maintaining clean donation areas and accurate records for supervisors and drivers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential to greet donors and provide receipts.
• Ability to process and sort donations accurately and efficiently.
• Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from donors and issue receipts as necessary.
• Keep donation areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Assist in unloading/loading of trucks and pallets; training on Gaylord/pallet use will be provided.
• Provide friendly customer service to donors and retrieve receipts when requested.
• Maintain records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
