Goodwill - Redwood Empire is hiring a Retail Associate at the Stony Point Store in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role handles donated goods intake, pricing, stocking, and sales, with a starting wage of $18.31 per hour.

You will greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. The position requires English literacy, reliability, and strong customer service skills, with access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time

Responsibilities

• Support on-site transportation team and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Greet donors, offer tax receipts, and complete daily donation logs.
• Price items following pricing guidelines and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Follow safety protocols and report injuries or incidents.
• Promote teamwork and uphold company policies throughout the shift.
