Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while accepting, sorting, pricing and selling donated goods.
• Support the transportation team on site and keep the work environment clean and orderly.
• Greet donors, explain the GIRE Do Not Accept List, and offer tax receipts.
• Complete the daily donation log and manage item pricing and stock.
• Price, tag, and rotate items; maintain the sales floor.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions per policy.
• Follow safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
