Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire is seeking a Retail Associate (Full-Time) at the McDowell RTC location. The role involves accepting, sorting, pricing and selling donated goods, customer service, and supporting the transportation team on site.

The position is full-time with benefits and a starting wage of $18.31 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, maintaining a clean sales floor, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Goodwill policies and keep workstation and location clean.
• Greet donors and accept donated goods with care and provide receipts when appropriate.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and rotate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Support sorting, pricing and hanging of textile/wares.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and organized store environment.
