• Previous dishwashing experience is preferred.
• Willing to train if needed.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment; ensures sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe; follows safety procedures.
• Washes work surfaces and storage areas; transfers supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
