Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA. Schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. A valid Food Handler's card is preferred; training is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment; maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and chemical usage standards.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as required.
• Keeps dish area orderly and clean; sweeps and mops floors.
• Loads/unloads supplies and equipment as needed.
